JEE Main B.Arch Preparation Strategy

Use a structured JEE Main Mock Test 2027 routine to balance your mathematical precision with creative sketching and ace your architecture entrance.

Mathematics:

Focus on Coordinate Geometry, Calculus (Differentiation + Integration), and 3D Geometry; these form the bulk of questions. Use NCERT Class 11 and 12 as the base, then move to R.D. Sharma or S.L. Loney for practice.

Aptitude:

Build architectural awareness by studying famous buildings (Indian and international), materials, and styles. The NID/NATA aptitude preparation books by Head Start and Arihant cover this section well.

Drawing:

Daily practice is non-negotiable. Study previous year JEE Main B.Arch drawing question papers available on jeemain.nta.nic.in and practice recreating them under timed conditions. Joining a dedicated B.Arch coaching program or art school for this section is strongly recommended for most aspirants.
